Returns can be made within 30 days of the order.
All returned items must be packaged and well-packaged so that the packaging is not damaged. Return all items with their original packaging and labels still attached. Do not glue or attach anything directly to the product’s original packaging.
How to manage your return :
– Register your return.
– Pack the products carefully and seal the return package.
– Complete the commercial invoice and attach it to the outside of the parcel if your return is being sent from outside the EU. The commercial invoice is not required for returns from the UK.
– If you have received a return label, drop the package off with the carrier indicated on the label. Otherwise, you can hand it over to any carrier of your choice and send the package to :

NOTE! You, as the customer, are financially responsible for any returns we receive. Please note the identification number of the package you are returning and ask for a receipt.
The right of return or exchange does not apply to products that have been used or whose seals are broken / without labels. The right of return or exchange does not apply to certain items for health or hygiene reasons, such as underwear, pacifiers, baby bottles and hair accessories (exceptions are made for nursing bra returns if you have tried it on with a nursing insert). Swimsuits can be returned/exchanged if they have been tested with underwear and if the hygiene pad is still attached. For safety reasons, the right of return or exchange does not apply to assembled strollers and car seats.
If you return items that do not meet the requirements of our return policy, the items will be returned and a refund will not be issued.
You will be reimbursed for standard delivery costs if you return your order in full and if you live in a member country of the European Union. You are still responsible for paying the return shipping costs if you are returning items from a country that does not offer free returns.
